On the 1st of April 2010, Coastal Housing Community Services hosted a participation event at the Liberty Stadium, Swansea. The event was called "CHAT" - Coastal Housing and Tenants - and was attended by an enthusiastic number of tenants of the organisation, partner agencies and other parties such as Swansea College, Street Football Wales and the Swansea Wing Chun association.
