Coastal Housing Group provides a range of advice and support services to our tenants.
There are three distinct schemes:
- Two schemes are funded by the Supporting People Revenue Grant, one in Swansea and one in Neath and Port Talbot. This scheme provides support in a number of different areas: - debt management, drugs and alcohol, mental health issues and any other issues that may affect your tenancy.
- We also have a Tenancy Support Scheme for adults with learning disabilities, in partnership with the City and County of Swansea. All referrals to this scheme come through social services.

Established in 2006 as a partnership project between Coastal Housing Group, Family Housing, Tai Cymdogaeth and the City and County of Swansea Council.
We aim to maximise the number of adapted properties in partner stock and match clients to suitably adapted accommodation.
We are also responsible for the maintenance of a central register for clients in need of adapted accommodation.

We are responsible for conducting assessments for both housing and support.
· We work closely with local authority in the provision and development of supported housing
· Ensure that clients of the association who have a physical disability are accommodated appropriately
· Provide adaptations to support people to live independently, e.g. through PAG grants
· Ensure regular liaison with all managing partners (e.g. SYSHP, Dewis) in relation to housing management
